I’m a pretty shy and quiet guy, until you get me out of my shell. I love cycling, but even more than riding my bike, I love training! I like physiology and how the body works and adapts; I find creation utterly amazing most of the time! I like to be able to help people and pass on the things I know. I like cooking, baking, and eating food. I like good coffee, beer, and wine. I try to follow Jesus’ example and live my life the way He would, carrying out His will, looking for joy each step of the way.
